Movement can be in many forms. Music, movement, and dance is always fun and children love it.

Free play in the big yard playing, basketball, soccer, water play, or just jumping around are all part of my childcare program.

Our large playroom is great when the weather keeps us indoors. We always find exciting things to do!!
